Country house Andrea is situated in the heart of the centrally located village of Uttendorf, at the foot of the Hohen Tauern Mountains. From here, you can reach various skiing areas within a 20 minutes drive. If you would like to leave your car at the accommodation, the bus stop of the ski bus is about 100 m from your doorstep! Nor do you need to take your car for your shopping, as the owner runs a supermarket. The spacious home is situated on the second and third floor of the house. The house actually consists of four separate homes, making this an ideal destination for parties travelling together. All the homes on the second floor are equipped with a kitchenette and have their own bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the third floor, you will find a living room and two additional bedrooms. Please mind the sloping roof here (see the pictures). In fact, you will be the sole occupant of the two upper floors of the house. You can reach the home by means of a stairway from the floor where the friendly owners live, so you do not have your own entrance. The furnishing reflects the typical Austrian atmosphere: simple and slightly old fashioned, but neat and tidy, and the whole makes a cosy impression. The entire second floor disposes of a balcony. In short, a spacious home at a reasonable price with many options nearby.
