This holiday home is located on a wonderful open and sunny slope just above Uttendorf. The house is spread over three levels. The ground floor has a spacious living room and a kitchen with enough room for twelve people. Via the main staircase, which the owner also uses, you can reach the top two floors. The first floor has two bedrooms and the second floor another four bedrooms. You have a breathtaking view of the mountains in Hohe Tauern National Park from the sunny balcony. In the summer you can make use of the barbecue on the terrace. In the winter, Uttendorf is very central, with the Zell am See/Kaprun ski areas on the one side and the Kitzbühel ski area on the other. In addition, there are many opportunities for cross-country skiing. In the summer, Uttendorf has a large lake for swimming and, of course, many excursions are possible, for example Krimml or the Grossglockner street.
