In our house we rent complete. 1 Floor as a holiday apartment for 5 to 11 people. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen with large dining area, small bathroom with shower and toilet, separate shower, separate toilet, entrance hall and balcony. All rooms have been refurbished, renovated toilet and shower and a small bathroom with toilet and shower was rebuilt. A garden with a lawn and playground equipment and barbecue invites you to linger and relax.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. We are happy to assist you locally with any requests.
Our house is centrally located in the center of Uttendorf and is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling. The swimming lake (with tennis courts, soccer field, bouldering, beach volleyball courts, playground ….) can be reached in a few minutes. In winter, many ski resorts are easily accessible by car or free ski bus (Uttendorf – Weißsee glacier railways, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Zell am See – Areitbahn / Schmittenhöhe Hollerbach – Kitzbühel Alps Panorama Lift, Mittersill – Pass Thurn, Neukirchen – Wildkogel).
Washer and dryer can be used for a fee. Bread service is offered.
