Property Description
Our house is located in the center of Uttendorf. The apartment is on the first Floor (about 95 m²) and can accommodate 5-10 people. If several children travel, our apartment also offers space for 11 people. In 2015 the apartment was completely renovated and refurbished.

3 bedrooms with double beds, flat screen TV, sink with hot / cold water, hairdryer and balcony with wonderful mountain views. (+ Extra)

The well-equipped kitchen with a large seating area invites you to cozy gatherings.
A small bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate shower and a separate toilet, complements the premises of our apartments.
Of course you can also spend your time in our large garden. Barbecue is available.
Parking is available for you in front of our house.
WIFI / WLAN is free for our guests.
In the kitchen there is a Saeco coffee machine for the preparation of coffee or tea for you.

The Uttendorfer Erlebnisbadesee is just 5 minutes away. It features a large supply: water slide, diving tower, children’s area, Iceberg, trampoline, volleyball court, tennis court, soccer field, playground, Boulder Park, skate park, asphalt shooting lane, Pizzeria.
In winter, many ski resorts in surrounding max. 30 minutes reachable. Ideal for the Salzburg Ski Card.
Cross-country skiers are in the winter the illuminated cross-country trail around the lake.
