Property Description
We have furnished this 3 room apartment so that the guest can feel comfortable and his stay in Nuremberg remains a special memory. The apartment is very conveniently located between the park Luitpoldhain with the local recreational area Volkspark Doutzteich (10 minutes on foot) and the Wöhrder lake (10 minutes on foot). The center of Nuremberg is 10 minutes by bike, 20 minutes by foot. It is 8 minutes by car to the exhibition center and 20 minutes by public transport.
Everything in this apartment was bought in May 2017. We have furnished the apartment as we would like it as a guest.
Everything is ready for you:
Kitchen fully equipped with dishes for 6 persons, modern induction cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, egg cooker, water cooker and all the little things you need as a guest, so tabs for the dishwasher, kitchen towels, salt and pepper, sugar sticks for coffee, filter for the Coffee machine.
Children’s room (also for adults) with 2 beds and small office table. Toys and books for our little guests are of course abundant.
Bathroom with washbasin and large bath with shower. Fresh towels are provided and are changed for a longer stay once a week.
Separate toilet with unusual design!
Huge living room with large leather couch, which can be converted to comfortable two beds by pulling out again. In the living room is a nice, spacious dining area with 6 chairs. For our small guests, you can get a child’s chair if necessary (please tell us beforehand if necessary). Large flat 42 ” TV where you can also receive music programs is of course included. All TVs are equipped with a USB port. So you can also enjoy your own movies and music.
Bedroom of the extra class, with comfortable mattresses and as an absolute highlight, an exclusive lighting system with starry sky and indirect lighting is installed above the bed. Enjoy the view of 500 changing light points and try to guess the constellations. Of course, the bedroom has a large flat screen with HD DVBT2 TV.
If need be, we also have a baby travel cot which we can set up for you in the bedroom (please inform before arrival).
On arrival, the beds are freshly sourced and you can enjoy your nights. For longer stays, we change the payments once a week.
For an extra charge, we can offer towels and bed covers, as well as cleaning, fully according to customer requirements. Also the delivery of breakfast rolls or purchase before arrival is possible. All you have to do is send us your wish list by e-mail.

In front of the house is a parking lot, which can be rented with a coin for 3 € per driveway. There is also always free parking in the adjacent streets.
If you would like a bicycle, you can borrow it from the bike rental Noris Bike directly in front of the house. The nice thing is, you can park it at quite a few locations in the region. It is a good idea to visit the region around Nuremberg by bicycle.
