The apartment is located in the center of the beautiful city of Nuremberg. All major hotspots, such as Christkindlesmarkt, the Nuremberg Kaiserburg, the opera and the old town can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. Nearby (200m) there is a subway stop, which brings you quickly and easily to the exhibition center (10min), to the Nuremberg main train station (2min) or to the Nuremberg airport (15min). Around the corner is a bakery, a grocery store and several restaurants.
If you arrive by car, we will provide you with a secure parking space in the underground car park free of charge. This is located directly in the building, d. H. You can easily take the elevator from the underground car park to the apartment.
Flat:
The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, an open dining area, a bathroom, hall, kitchen and balcony. The apartment can be easily reached by elevator. We have the apartment newly renovated and furnished to a high standard. The equipment, the technical equipment and the entire equipment is new.
Bedroom:
The bedroom has a modern double bed for 2 persons. Each guest receives a large pillow and comfy comforter, which are freshly made upon arrival. You can store your clothes in the large sliding door wardrobe. Blinds on the windows allow you to darken the bedroom and to have a restful sleep.
Living room:
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for another 2 people. The modern LED TV is internet-enabled, d. H. You can surf the Internet from the comfort of your couch and access multiple media libraries with movies, music, documentaries, and more. We have compiled a varied literature offer for you, so that you can comfortably read on the sofa with a glass of wine an exciting book. The apartment is equipped with a high speed internet (LAN / WLAN).
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully furnished. All common appliances are available (microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker). In the kitchen you will find pans, pots, cutlery, crockery, and much more.
Various teas, coffee, sugar, coffee cream are provided.
Bathroom:
Each guest receives a large towel and a small towel. Liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper are provided. There is also a modern washer-dryer, where you can comfortably wash your clothes. Washing powder and softener are available. Similarly, a powerful hairdryer is provided.

Check-in and check-out times are flexible. Just before you arrive tell me your desired arrival time and we will meet directly at the apartment. I will show you the apartment and introduce you to the appliances. I am happy to give you detailed information about the city of Nuremberg and help with insider tips.
