It is only a few minutes walk to the Nuremberg Opera House, Railway Museum or the Germanic National Museum. Our central location, right on the edge of the city of Nuremberg is ideal for all guests.

You can reach the Nuremberg Exhibition Center, for example. B. by car in about 10 minutes
Our apartment is ideally suited for young and older guests – short distances in the old town, easy and fast to the main train station you could also run easily and comfortably.
The connection to the highway (Frankenschnellweg / A73) is perfect and easy to reach.
Although INcity Living is located in the center of Nuremberg, there is almost always a parking space in the immediate vicinity.
The completely redesigned, walk-in 1.60m x 0.90m walk-in ‘Walk in’ shower, with Rainshower, was fitted with the finest, classy materials & brands. Even the bedroom with a fine, solid beech wood bed, manufactured in a fine furniture manufactory leaves nothing to be desired with a size of 2.00 mx 2.00 m. For further 2 persons two single beds are available.
Thus, INcity Living is ideal for up to 4 people
We have equipped the living room with two exclusive red ROLF BENZ leather sofas, a 40 ‘color TV (Smart TV …). A lot of light is provided by 5 windows that put our Art Art (Kandinsky & Wall Design) and, from March 2017, the sophisticated Stucco Marmorino wall technique in the bedroom, on the walls in the right light.
Of course, there is also free Wi-Fi in the best network of telecom

From March 2017: bedroom with ecological interior wall insulation insulated. For wall finishing, we have chosen the oldest ecological and finest WALL FINISHING TECHNOLOGY: “Stucco Marmorino” – lime & marble plaster in marble design used already in antiquity.
