Property Description
Our apartment (also a slightly larger) is located directly at the Wöhrder meadow and the Wöhrder lake has an unbeatable high leisure value. Many sights can be reached on foot, otherwise the public transport is practically at the door. Two bicycles are at your disposal, subject to prior arrangement. For smaller children we have a high chair, a travel bed, a small mattress and a wheel there.
The prices are for an occupancy of 2 persons, from the third adult we charge 10, – € per person and night extra, children from 6 to 17 years cost € 7.50. Two children under 6 years stay free of charge. Please note: Unfortunately there are no prices for the children in the offer, since the software of FeWo simply can not! Just ask us, we will gladly make your individual offer: 0172/1363183.
The apartment has a large, light-flooded living room with a pull-out bed (0,80 m / 1,60 m wide), a sleeping couch for 1 persons (1.20 m wide), a large balcony and a dining table for 6 persons Large bedroom with double bed (1.80 m wide), kitchen with dishwasher & oven, bathroom with tub, cloakroom and hallway.
In the same building complex, we rent another apartment, so you can also go on holiday with friends if both apartments are free! This apartment (3 rooms) has a large living room with a sleeping sofa for 2 persons (1.60 m wide), a sleeping chair (0.85 m wide), a large balcony and a dining table for 5 persons, a bedroom with double bed ( 1.80 m wide), a small bedroom with a bed (1.40 m wide), a kitchen with balcony to the park, a bathroom with tub and a corridor.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee machine, water cooker, dishwasher, oven, toaster (salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil are always in stock). Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, TV and a small radio are included in the price.
A welcome pack with numerous tips (cafes, restaurants, activities, city plans from the center, …) is ready for you, as well as a basket with all the necessary brochures for a varied Nuremberg holiday. For a good planning in advance, I recommend you to contact us in advance, we will be happy to help and give you tips on current events, especially about children’s activities!
Smoking is absolutely forbidden in the apartments! Please also ensure that the balcony door is closed when you smoke outside. Many Thanks. We can not tolerate parties or events.
Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out before 11 am on request.
