Our condo is right on the Wöhrder Wiese and Wöhrder Lake and therefore has a high recreational value unbeatable. Many attractions can be reached on foot, otherwise the public. Transport practically on the doorstep. A ladies’ bike, which can be well used by children aged 10 and older, is in the basement ready to be a men’s bike can be provided on request like (please inquire prior to stay). For younger children, we have as a high chair, a cot and a small mattress.
What’s the catch, you ask? There are currently a fact: Because measures to insulation and modernizing the house is surrounded by scaffolding until the end of the year. In addition, in the next few weeks the staircase will be renovated. On weekdays it could therefore cause some noise and dirt. The two balconies are currently not available due to the renovation of the façade and the entrance area still does not look inviting. The prices are for double occupancy with 2 persons, from the 3rd adult person we charge 10, – € per person and night extra, children aged 6 to 17 years costs € 7.50. Children under 6 years stay with us free of charge.

The apartment has a large, bright living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons (1.60 m wide, can not be seen in the photo, because we only upgraded in the next few days), a sofa bed (85 cm wide), a large balcony (currently not to use, did not start until October) and a sitting area for 5 persons, a bedroom with double bed (1.80 m wide) and expected a couch, a small second bedroom with a single bed (1.40m wide) and look for Wöhrder Wiese, kitchen with dining area and balcony (currently not to use, did not start until October) to Wöhrder Wiese, a bathroom (no window with hairdryer and hand soap), a wardrobe and a gear.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and filter, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, (salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil are actually always available), as well as towels, bedding, clock radios, wireless, television and a small radio to be free of us to provided. In sideboard in the living room, we have laid ready a couple of books and games for children. In hallway closet you will find a large picnic blanket, cooler bag and toys (ball / frisbee / racquet / …) for a fun-filled stay in the adjacent park.
Should you a shuttle from the train station or airport will need the apartment, just ask with us. If it is feasible for us in time, we will pick you very happy with our bus from!
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment! Even parties or events we can not tolerate. Check-in is at 16:00, on request possibly earlier, the check-out until 11:00.
