The 80 square meter apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and is ideal for 3 – 4 persons. But by a sofa bed in the living area, it also has quite place for 5 – 6 people.
The fully equipped open kitchen with large fridge, hob and dishwasher is also very suitable for longer stays.
A large dining table in the living area, a comfortable sofa with flat – TV and the large sunny terrace with deck chairs and seating make your stay in the villa. Loft perfect.

The villa. Loft is idyllically situated in a quiet residential street near the center of folk village in Alversloweg. From here you can reach in just 10 minutes Metro Station folk village, from where you have a direct connection to the central station and the city center.
But folk village has much to offer. The beautiful and peaceful natural landscape of the area is ideal for long walks or bike rides. This popular museum village Parkbad, and the town center with its numerous shopping venues and completes the offer.
