The beautifully cut 3-room apartment on the ground floor is located in a detached house with 4 apartments (built in 2000), the other apartments are inhabited exclusively by our lively and uncomplicated family. Our guests have direct access from the bedroom and from the kitchen to the large garden, which is available to them alone. In front of the bedroom is a small terrace and in front of the kitchen a very large, partially covered terrace, which is often used by smokers. In the house there is absolute no smoking. It is not always possible for us to personally greet guests, as we ourselves travel a lot with our motorhome. In this case, we have mounted a key vault on the front door. With a four-digit code, it can be opened by our guests. Should any questions or problems arise, we are always available by phone. But we also always provide personal contacts from the family on site. So you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed.
The house is in second row. The environment with predominantly single family houses appears, although in the middle of Hamburg, almost rural with many high and old trees. Despite the proximity to the city center, it is very quiet and you hardly hear street noise, so you can sleep undisturbed with the windows open. Fitness Center, Penny Supermarket and Bakers are just 100 yards away. In the vicinity you will also find Aldi, Rewe, Edeka and many other shops. There is a large shopping center at Farmsen Subway Station. Family doctor, dentist and veterinarian can be reached in 2 minutes.

By car: BAB-exit Stapelfeld, from here it is about 10 minutes by car without having to drive through the city.
By bus and train: there are three bus lines right outside the front door: the express bus 36 will take you to the city center in 30 minutes, and the 167 bus will take you to the Farmsen underground station in 7 minutes. The line 168 leaves in 4 minutes to the regional station Rahlstedt. From there to the main station, the journey takes 17 minutes. or z. B. to Travemünde 90 minutes. For cyclists, there is a beautiful bike path through the valley of Rahlau and Wandse to the Alster. Always in the countryside and on the water.
