Property Description
The large, comfortable apartment is located in the basement of our detached new building and has its own entrance. All rooms have large daylight windows.
A ventilation system ensures the best living environment at all times.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove / oven, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.
In the living room there is a dining table, further couch corner, TV / DVD, if necessary 2 sleeps in the wall bed.
Another 2-3 beds are in the bedroom, TV also here.
Our green and wooded district Volksdorf is conveniently located near the A1 in the northeast of Hamburg. In addition to a good city connection by car (25min) or by public transport (bus stop 300m, 45min) is the Baltic Sea coast for a car trip only 45min away.
Volksdorf itself offers many restaurants, a museum village and its own center with shopping center our guests a well-balanced infrastructure with extensive recreational opportunities.
For joggers, the next environment with car-free, partial forest roads of various lengths is perfect.
Also for cycling the environment is very suitable. Without gradients close shopping highlights and the city on cozy lakeside paths of the Hamburg canal system are comfortably reached in 1.5 hours away from the traffic.
You can make free calls (Germany-wide) as well as use the Internet via W-Lan with your own laptop for free.
