The house, or the apartment consists of two floors, the ground floor is the entrance / vestibule, hall, toilet / shower room and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen and fully equipped.
The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet, washing machine, mirror cabinet and hair dryer.
A staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find the living room and bedroom. In the bedroom, with double bed 160 x 200 cm and spacious closet, is a small TV. In the living room is a television, stereo system
and DVD players available.
In all rooms a telephone connection is available (possibly interesting for longer-term rental).
From the bedroom is accessed via a small staircase to the attic (not an official living space). This is fully equipped and heated. There is still a single bed.
The bedroom and corridor areas were newly renovated in April 2017.
The apartment is located at the nature reserve Stüffel. The recreation and forest areas such. B. Duvenstedter Brook, Teichwiesen or Bredenbeker pond and others in the area invite you to beautiful walks or bike rides. Also for skating and jogging are excellent ways available.
Up to the city center, Alster or Elbe you need only a good 1/2 hour. The bus just around the corner (250m) and a small shopping center for daily needs can be reached in 7 minutes on foot.
There are also playgrounds in the area.
