You can be in the centre of Piesendorf in only a few minutes, where you can do your shopping, eat out and hop on the free ski bus to Zell am See and Kaprun. Kaprun is renowned among ski enthusiasts as a great area for winter sports. The glacier is open nearly year round so you can always enjoy the permanent snow. In addition to winter sports, the immediate area offers plenty of things to do in other seasons as well, with a wide variety of water sport options, including rafting and whitewater canoeing, plus hiking and mountain biking, or taking a few swings on the marvellous 18-hole golf course which is just a few minutes away. In short, the entire region has a whole lot to offer in all four seasons!
