This gorgeous Chalet, built in the typical, warm, Austrian style and situated on a sunny location just a short car drive away from well-known Kaprun and Zell am See, offers fine views of the magnificent mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The second floor, which can be reached via a private entrance, has been turned into a fantastic penthouse, which was finished with an attractive, high-end interior by the enthusiastic owner who has a great eye for detail. The living room with modern, open kitchen is facing south and offers direct access to the sunny balcony. In summer you’ll even have part of the garden at your disposal, which can be reached via the extended balcony. In addition, you’ll find 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to the indoor balcony on the west side of the house. The extensive use of natural materials, the high-end interior, and of course the magnificent views will make you feel right at home in this penthouse, which is definitely worth its 4 stars. The location is perfect: sunny, a short distance away from Zell am See and Kaprun and in the middle of Salzburg, which means that in summer, you’ll find golf courses, the Krimml Waterfalls, the Großglocknerstrasse and some wonderful natural areas for walking or mountain biking all nearby. In winter, you’ll reach the skiing areas of Zell am See in no time and it is possible to ski on the Kaprun glacier for a large part of the year.
