Accommodation
The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen, a large living and dining room and a large sunny patio. An ideal place for your holiday! The apartment is suitable for 4 to 6 guests. The living and dining room is adjacent to the balcony (30 m2).
In the living room, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with Dutch and German channels, a DVD player, stereo equipment, Surround system and WiFi. The cosy seating area with large dining table offers you all the comforts you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, an oven, dishwasher, fridge with large ice box, coffee machine and Senseo coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The master bedroom has a double bed and extra pull-up bed (suitable for 2 persons). In the second bedroom, there is a large double bed, with a cot and high chair. In the bathroom, you’ll find a bath with shower, toilet and washbasin. The apartment has a storage box where you can easily store your bikes and skis. There is parking in front of the accommodation.

Surrounding area
From the apartment, you have an amazing view of Winterberg and the ski slopes. The hiking trails start right outside the front door and the ski slopes are 2 km away (by car or bus).

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
