Apartment
Enjoy a quiet holiday, but with all facilities nearby You can in this 4-person holiday accommodation. The living room features a TV and 2-person sofa bed. The living room gives you access to the balcony, with garden furniture. The bedroom also opens up to the balcony and has a large double bed. There is a bunk bed in the second bedroom. The bathroom features a bath, washbasin and shower. The kitchen has everything you need: Refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, stove, oven and dishwasher. Of course, there is also a dining area. You can park your car safely in the underground car park.

The apartment is centrally located: 5 minutes away from the town centre and 5 minutes from the ski slopes and hiking trails.
Surrounding
The house is located close to the ski lifts at Herrloh. The Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bike park, bobsled track, summer toboggan run and climbing forest, is a few minutes’ walk away. The town centre features a large and diverse range of shops, boutiques and restaurants, and is only a few minutes’ away on foot. You can go out for a meal or a night on the town in one of the many bistros, restaurants, nightclubs and apres-ski bars in the area. There is a bus stop nearby, where you can catch one of the main lines.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
