Our newly renovated and comfortably furnished apartment is located in an excellent location in Winterberg: close to town (about 5 minutes), but also only five minutes to the ski area and at the beginning of the hiking and biking trails. The apartment offers you on 42 m² a small hall, a spacious living / dining room with integrated kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. On the balcony adjacent to the living room you can enjoy many beautiful hours and have a good time. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all the essential kitchen utensils you need to have the same level of comfort as home. In the living room you will find a flatscreen with DVD player, radio / CD player and board games to end a nice day’s holiday. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 X 200 cm) and wardrobe can accommodate four people. With the Sauerlandcard, which you receive upon arrival through us, you travel free of charge by bus and train and in some cases receive discounted admission fees at events. The apartment is located in a relatively small residential complex and is centrally located. In bad weather, the flat offers a variety of options. In the basement there is a ski and bicycle cellar and a laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee.
Surroundings
The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Skiliftkarussel (about 5 minutes walk or with the free bus). Here you will find the most modern lifts for skiing and tobogganing. Cross-country skiing is possible on 165 km of groomed trails.
The center with its numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants is within walking distance. The adventure mountain cap with the bobsled run, the bike park, the summer toboggan run and the climbing forest is within walking distance and can be reached quickly with the cap-express. The center can be reached in a few minutes and so you have the opportunity to explore the local restaurants, bistros and economies.
