Accommodation
Spacious and bright apartment, completely renovated in a convenient location. The new kitchen is equipped with all amenities- including a dishwasher and a microwave. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed. Dutch TV channels, Filmnet, Netflix and Spotify are offered. There is a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink. Wifi is available and pets allowed. You can relax on the sunny terrace with garden and furniture. In the general area there is a ping-pong table and a washing machine.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a small complex with a private parking space. It is very centrally located (400 meters to the center, 50 meters to the forest and 350 meters to the supermarket Lidl). The complex is in a calm neighborhood. Within 5 minutes on foot you reach the center of Winterberg. The big ski lifts are accessible in 5 minutes.
Surrounding area
This accommodation is situated in a quiet area. The centre is within walking distance and offers a wide range of shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. The distance to the Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest, is around 40 minutes on foot. The town centre is 10 minutes away.
The Winterberg area offers a wide range of facilities for leisure and relaxation. For example swimming and sailing, a leisure park and much more.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
