Apartement
This is an exclusive, completely renovated and newly-furnished apartment. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and kettle. The living room has a seating area and a dining table. A cot and high chair are available (bed linen is not included). The bathroom features a toilet, bidet, shower and washbasin.
Complex
The complex is located next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. There is a swimming pool and sauna, as well as a table tennis table. These are all free of charge. A washing machine is available for use at a charge. Washing can be dried in the cellar.
Surrounding
The apartment is located close to the slopes. The Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest, is a few minutes’ walk away. The town centre, with shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, clubs and apres-ski bars, is also only a short distance away.
Pet: €24.95 (per day), pay on site.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
