The flat has a fantastic location close to the Stadtpark and right in Vienna`s city centre. It is the ideal starting point for visiting all the sights in the city centre. The roof garden is perfect for cool sundowners and relaxed BBQ. The flat has enough space for groups of 7 up to 10 people.
The 200 sqm penthouse with its 4 bedrooms and its spacious living room with integrated kitchen as well as the 60 sqm roof garden is the ideal place for groups of comfortably 7, max. 10 people. One bedroom has a double bed, all the other rooms have single beds, which can be combined to twin beds. Additionally you will find two cods for babies and children up to 2 years as well as an additional mattress with its duckboard for adults.
In the living room we have a dining table for 8 to 10 people, on the roof garden there is space for 10 people. Additionally there are 2 child seats.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Please note that the toilets are in the bathrooms. Elevator in the building.
Our penthouse has its own entrance, situated on the 4th (last) floor with elevator. No security problems. At the street entrance, 4 steps lead to the elevator. The access to the private terrace is only possible through the flat. No public view, no access possible.
On the ground floor you will find 2 bicycles for our guests.
Cellar storage is also available.
The terrace can be used for BBQ. For bigger groups, a pre-agreement is necessary and extra costs must be charged for cleaning, according to number of people.
Vienna`s most important tourist attractions can be easily reached within only few minutes by foot or public transport. The flat is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Stadtpark, the “Central Park” of Vienna downtown. Nearby you will find the Belvederegarten and the Botanical Garden. The Ring, Vienna State Opera, the Albertina Museum, the concert halls Konzerthaus and Musikverein as well as the famous Naschmarkt are in walking distance.

Parking:
Due to its excellent public transport network you will not need any car in the city. If you come by car, we recommend to park in a parking house either in the centre or at the outskirts.
Parking houses: Garage Schwarzenbergplatz, Karlsplatzgarage (starting at 20 Euro/day) or at the outskirts of Vienna (“Park+Ride”)
Short-term parking zone on the streets from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. You can buy car park tickets for the short-term parking in every tobacco shop (Trafik).
