Just take the 16min City Airport Train (CAT) to Wien Mitte terminal (5min walking distance to the apartment) where you will also find the subway lines U3/U4 as well as local trans and buses. If you are arriving by rail, there is a direct connection between Wien Hauptbahnhof and Wien Mitte.
