The 150m², furnished and luxuriously furnished apartment is located in the attic of a beautiful Viennese old building and extends over 2 floors. It consists of a luxury fitted kitchen with Miele appliances, 2 bedrooms with double beds (180cm) and luxury bed linen and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, guest toilet and a very spacious saloon with attached large dining area. In addition, there is still room for 2 more guests on a sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms. On the 100m ² roof terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view over the rooftops of Vienna. Due to the height of the building you also have enough privacy on the terrace.
The apartment is partially decorated with designer furniture and decorated with a mix of modern and antique art. The bed linen was made especially for this apartment. Further equipment u. a. High-speed Internet (WLAN), as well as cable TV, washing machine, dryer, flat TV, etc. The air conditioning is available in July and August.
They are supervised by a contact person from our team throughout your stay – you will get to know when the handover.
Check in is always possible between 4pm and 9pm. For an additional charge of € 30, payable in cash on arrival, you can also check in after 9pm.
We guarantee our guests that the flat offered is passed thorough cleaning and that there is sufficient fresh and clean linen and towels are available. We consider cleanliness and hygiene as our main principle.
