In our beautiful cottage in the vineyards, a comfortably furnished apartment over two floors, which guarantees a pleasant stay in Vienna. We offer a feel-good atmosphere with a terrace, a large garden, a pool, jacuzzi, as well as a sauna and a private garage. Our apartment offers accommodation for up to 8 people and is only 15 minutes from the city center. Our house is ideal for larger groups, as well as suitable for families. With your stay in our apartment in the Viennese noble district “Grinzing”, you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest and find after the experience of the Viennese city your peace in the Viennese vineyards.
The house is spread over two floors. The apartment has 2 separately accessible bedrooms with double beds (one bedroom for 4 persons) in 1. Floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with another double bed, a separate toilet and an open kitchen with dining area. From the kitchen, which is equipped with all the extras (dishwasher, fridge, kettle, etc.) can be accessed via the terrace (with barbecue), to the large garden behind. There is also the private sauna, as well as the private pool and Jacuzzi. In the 1. Floor are (in addition to the 2 bedrooms) also a spacious bathroom, with shower and bath, another separate toilet and a walk-in closet. You can also use a private garage and additional parking in the driveway and in front of the house.
Location and public transport connections:
Our cottage is located in the beautiful Nobel district Döbling in absolute rest position and is recommended for every visitor to Vienna. The center can be reached by car or public transport in about 20 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are the Heurigen pubs typical of this area, which offer traditional Viennese cuisine and are known for their special wine. Other shops and bakers are within a few minutes walk.
Just a 10-minute walk away is the tram station “Grinzing”, where you can take the 38 directly to the center.
