In our beautiful old winery house awaits you an exclusive and tastefully furnished apartment directly in the green. We offer you a wellbeing ambience with a large terrace, garden, as well as a sauna and our own garage. Our apartment offers sleeping possibilities for a total of 8 persons. The apartment is ideal for larger groups, as well as for families. With your stay in our Grinzinger apartment you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest and after the experience of the Viennese big city, you will find peace in the vineyards.
The apartment is on the first floor and offers you approximately 140m². The apartment has 3 separate walk-in bedrooms with double beds (one bedroom has 2 double beds) and a spacious living room. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a large bathroom (toilet, shower, bath). Another separate bathroom is located on the corridor. There is also a large kitchen with all the extras (coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, …) and a spacious dining area. From all rooms you get to the terrace, which also has a barbecue, as well as the garden behind and the sauna.
They share the sauna with the other guests from the 2. Apartment of the villa. We therefore ask for mutual consideration among the guests. The terrace and the garden are at your disposal for private use.
Location and public transport:
The stylish Winzerhaus is located in the beautiful Nobelbezirk Grinzing in absolute rest position and is recommended for every visitor to Vienna. The center can be reached by car or public transport in about 20 minutes. The bus station “Bretschneidergasse” (38A) is directly in front of the house and the next tram station “Grinzing” (38) is about 5-7 minutes walk away. In the immediate vicinity are the typical Heurigen localities, which offer traditional Viennese cuisine and are known for their special wine. Further shopping possibilities, as well as bakery are within a few minutes reachable.
