In our beautiful old villa you will find an exclusive and tastefully furnished apartment directly in the green. We offer you a feel-good atmosphere with a large terrace, a pool, a spacious garden, a sauna and a garage. Our apartment offers sleeping possibilities for a total of 6 persons. The apartment is ideal for larger groups, as well as for families. With your stay in our Grinzinger-Villa you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest and after the experience of the Viennese city, you will find peace in the vineyards.
Our Top II is on the second floor and offers you approximately 90m². The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms with double beds (1. Bedrooms: 2 People, 2. Bedroom: 4 people). In the spacious living room, next to the dining area, is a pull-out chouch, which can be used as desired. In addition, the apartment is equipped with a bathroom (toilet, bath) and a kitchen with all the extras. Through the living room you reach the beautiful terrace with private pool, the sauna and the behind 1000 m² large garden.
They share the sauna with the other guests from the 2. Apartment of the villa. We therefore ask for mutual consideration among the guests. The terrace, the pool and the extensive garden are at your disposal for private use.
Location and public transport connections:
The stylish winery is located in the beautiful Nobelbezirk Döbling in absolute rest position and is recommended for every visitor to Vienna. The center can be reached by car or public transport in about 15 minutes. The bus station “Bretschneidergasse” (38A) is directly in front of the house and the next tram station “Grinzing” (38) is about 5-7 minutes walk away. In the immediate vicinity are the typical Heurigen localities, which offer traditional Viennese cuisine and are known for their special wine. Further shopping possibilities, as well as bakery are within a few minutes reachable.
