In a quiet location on the outskirts of Ladelund / Königsacker lies the lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday house for up to four people. Between fields, woods and meadows is the small, private horse farm, which is only a cat jumping from Denmark and is thus located in the middle of the seas of the North and Baltic Sea.
The lovingly furnished holiday house has a romantic bedroom with a large double bed and adjoining terrace facing west from where the horses can be seen on the pasture.
The living room with cozy sofa corner creates space for two more persons.
In the spacious dining room including a small kitchen, the large dining table invites you to cook and enjoy the fireplace.
Furthermore, the holiday house has a spacious bathroom with shower and plenty of space for storing the wardrobe.
In the house are two televisions, a telephone and WLAN.
The freestanding holiday home is on the ground floor and has wide doors with small sleepers.
The two terraces of the house, one on the east side, the other in the west of the house, create a bright and friendly atmosphere in the rooms and invite you to live, relax and linger. Around the house is a beautiful garden.
For the passenger car there is a parking space directly in front of the house.
It is a non-smoking house with smoking facilities on the adjoining terraces.
For the young guests there is much to discover on the farm. Here live friendly dogs and cats as well as horses on the pasture.
Also, you are allowed to bring your beloved four-legged (on request) with you. There is also the possibility to accommodate your horse, the use of the riding arena and the parking of your horse on the farm. The surrounding riding and field trails invite you not only to big rides, but also to long walks or bike tours.

There is also much to explore in the narrowest part of the idyllic holiday home.
The Ladelund is just 3 km away. There is also an outdoor swimming pool (with 1, 3 and 5 meters), which guarantees bathing fun for the whole family.
Only 25 km to the north is the third largest and most northerly city: Flensburg. This has a nice harbor to stroll along as well as a large selection of cafes and restaurants. Museums, sights, city tours, boat trips and shopping opportunities are also a one-day excursion. The Stadteigene Brewery can also be viewed under previous registration.
The holiday island of Sylt is the largest North Frisian island on the North Sea coast and has an almost 40 kilometer long west beach. By car you can reach the island by the Sylt-Shuttle or the Autozug Sylt. Another connection without a car is possible via the nearby Klanxbüll.
Even a time out in nearby Denmark is possible with only a few autocilometers. The location of Denmark on two seas, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, is especially interesting for holidaymakers and is one of the highlights of the southernmost Danish Wattenmeer island Rømø. It is located about three kilometers north of the island of Sylt.
Also Husum, the “gray city by the sea”, can be reached in less than 50 minutes by car and invites you through an inner and outer harbor to the fish buns and ice-coffee.
