Stay in the most amazing town in Germany – Süderlügum – with almost always open stores (as in southern Europe)
visit Tønder, one of the oldest cities in Denmark (only a few kilometers) – or the town Mogeltonder with lock Schack Castle (residence of Danish prince), the beautiful castle park and its listed building, the old center! You get deep insight into the “good old days”. Very close are also the wonderful nature reserves, Legoland, the Viking settlement Haitabu or famous museums. z. B. Schloss Gottorf in Schleswig, the famous “Nolte-Museum” with its fantastic garden, so to speak “around the corner”.
Only a few kilometers away is Dagebüll. Here you can go into the ships to Helgoland, Föhr and Amrum or enjoy the delicious fresh fish!
Visit Husum the “gray city by the sea” or lounge on one of warm freshwater lakes!
