This luxurious chalet, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is located on the edge of the beautiful village of St. Margarethen in the Lungau region. The chalet has 3 bedrooms and no fewer than 3 bathrooms, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen. There is also an open fireplace in the living room for those cosy winter evenings. The chalet even has a washing machine and dryer. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a sauna, and there is a fine jacuzzi outside on the terrace. So you’ll find no shortage of wellness options here, and plenty of ways to unwind after a day of outdoor activities! You will have the chalet all to yourself, so privacy is guaranteed! The terrace outside borders the downhill ski run of the Aineck ski area in the wintertime, so the lifts and the slopes are right there. The centre of St. Margarethen is only a 2-minute walk. This is a fantastic family destination all year round. The ski area is among the top three in Austria, with 250 km of groomed slopes ranging in difficulty levels, and varying in altitude from 1064 to 2410 metres. Of course, the recreational options also include hiking, cross-country skiing and tobogganing. In summertime, both active holidaymakers and those in search of rest and relaxation will be in their element in this gorgeous natural setting. Starting in late spring, the slope offers distant views when the snow melts and gives way to a lovely meadow. The Golfclub Lungau with a beautiful 18 hole course is just 5 minutes. The village is just a 30-minute drive from Lake Millstatt and 45 minutes from the Weissensee. The province is renowned for its castles and folklore as well as its 370 km bicycle path, the ‘Murradweg’, which runs along the Mur river and various national parks.
