On the first floor you’ll have a spacious living room with separate seating and dining area. The nice fireplace, the high-quality, warm materials, together with interesting and unique details, will make you feel right at home. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern equipment. Through the garden doors, you can walk straight into the wonderful, sunny garden, where you can enjoy the beautiful view on the terrace or use the jacuzzi (for free). On this floor you’ll also find the 1st bedroom and bathroom, of course in the same beautiful style like the rest of the house. On the first floor you’ll have 3 spacious bedrooms at your disposal, one of which with an en-suite bathroom. In this bathroom you’ll also find the infrared sauna. The bedrooms are all furnished in a very tasteful way. The ski-storage, which can be reached from outside, features practical ski boot heaters and can be used as bicycle storage during the summer. The chalet enjoy high-quality furnishings and can certainly be considered one the most luxurious chalets in our offer. A real recommendation for both your summer and winter holiday. The chalet is situated approximately 150 m from the Aineck-Katschberg ski lift and about 200 m from the supermarket, where you can find fresh bread and daily supplies. The Obertauern ski area is a 25-minute car ride away and Speiereck is approximately 10 minutes by car, but there is also a free ski shuttle service for both regions. The town of Villach, and also northern Italy, Slovenia and Croatia are within easy reach. In the summer, both active holidaymakers and those looking for peace and quiet can enjoy this wonderful region. Walking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting and motorcycling over the many beautiful passes and in the area are just a few of the many possibilities for a fantastic holiday!
