The large room features a unique design of N51E12 designer furniture, large windows and a brick wall. There is also a large table for several persons in the room as well as an LCD TV with DVB-T2 receiver.
Free parking is available in the immediate Nebentraßen. A parking garage is a 3-minute walk away.
The green residence is an environmentally friendly residential project that allows guests to deal with the energy and the available resources responsibly. The equipment of the apartment includes modern energy saving systems and illustrates the ease of use in everyday life.
We are not a hotel but a unique guest house.

CHECK IN:
Please contact us in time, at least 2 days before your arrival, by message. We require your desired check-in time. So we can make an appointment together, where we will gladly show you the accommodation.
Our check-in times are between 15 and 20 o’clock. If you wish a CHECK-IN after 8.00 pm, you will be charged an extra charge of 10 € per hour, which will be charged in cash and payable locally.
Unfortunately we do not have a reception on site.

Extra beds per room on request. Price per night 20,00 Euro extra. Children from 2 years are considered a full-fledged guest.

Supermarket Norma in only 150m distance, as well as the 24h car park.
A place in the middle of the metropolis, ideal for short-term and long-term stays. Our guests have been visiting the city and tourists for many years.
Central station and bus station are about a 1 minute walk away. Very good connection to the city motorway A661, A5 and A3. Direct connection to the airport by S-Bahn and DB Deutsche Bahn.Taxistand in about 1 minute walk away.Bicycle rental on request possible, 5.00 Euro per day.
