THE HOUSE
Large apartment in one of the most representative monument protected mansions in Offenbach, close to Central Station and the River Main. Through its unique beautiful architecture and design, the hotel offers a pleasant living experience.
Representative mansion in the center of the city, former City and luxury villa of a leather goods manufacturer in Offenbach am Main. Dating back to the 19th century. Inside and outside is a listed building and a historic cultural monument of the city. Surrounded by parkland in the center of the city.
Free parking spaces are located in the immediate side streets. A parking garage is located in 3-minute walk.
THE APARTMENT
The apartment is equipped with all modern amenities, inklussive in the rate:

All guests have access to the lounge with T-Entertainment TV and Internet, kitchen and dining areas washers and dryers.
CHECK IN:
Please contact us in time, at least 2 days before your arrival, by message. We require your desired check-in time. So we can make an appointment together, where we will gladly show you the accommodation.
Our check-in times are between 15 and 20 o’clock. If you wish a CHECK-IN after 8.00 pm, you will be charged an extra charge of 10 € per hour, which will be charged in cash and payable locally.
Unfortunately we do not have a reception on site.
Our office is located in the property, guests can contact us every day.

Top quality with ECO DESIGN furniture from our own factory and also historical furniture from the Villa.
Extra beds in a room on request. Price per night 20.00 euros extra. Children from 2 years are regarded as a complete guest.

Direct the center of town, perfect location for living, working and shopping.
Hauptbahnhof and Bussbahnhof located about 1-minute walk. Very good connection to the city motorway A661, A5 and A3. Direct connection to the airport by S-Bahn and DB German railway.
Taxi rank 1 minute’s walk away.
Bike rental on request, 5.00 Euro per day.
Supermarket Norma is just 150 meters away, and the 24 car park.
