THE APARTMENT

All guests have access to the kitchen and dining area as well as washing machines and tumble dryers.
CHECK IN:
Please contact us in time, at least 2 days before your arrival, by message. We require your desired check-in time. So we can make an appointment together, where we will gladly show you the accommodation.
Our check-in times are between 15 and 20 o’clock. If you wish a CHECK-IN after 8.00 pm, you will be charged an extra charge of 10 € per hour, which will be charged in cash and payable locally.
Unfortunately we do not have a reception on site.
Our office is located in the former villa opposite the property, our guests can contact us daily.

THE ROOM
The large room features a unique design of N51E12 designer furniture, large windows and a brick wall. There is also a large table for several persons in the room as well as an LCD TV with DVB-T2 receiver.

A place in the middle of the metropolis, ideal for short-term and long-term stays. Our guests have been visiting the city and tourists for many years.
Central station and bus station are about a 1 minute walk away. Very good connection to the city motorway A661, A5 and A3. Direct connection to the airport by S-Bahn and DB Deutsche Bahn.Taxistand in about 1 minute walk away.Bike rental possible on request, 5,00 Euro per day.
