The village of Ötz is situated at the beginning of the Ötztal, which takes its name from the village. The holiday house is located in Ötzerau, about 2 km above the charming village of Ötz. It is an active farm, so you have the opportunity to buy fresh products such as eggs, cheese and bacon straight from the farmer. This 6-person apartment is on the first and second floors; two bedrooms are on the first floor, while the kitchen, living room and an additional bedroom are on the second floor. The owners are very child-friendly! Wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape, in the summer it is a great base for lovely walks. In the winter, it is a meeting point for skiers in the Hochoetz ski area, with 27 km of ski runs, ideal for families and beginners, and snowboarders love the Funpark at the Bielefelder Hütte. The Super Ski Pass gives you unlimited fun in the snow at the Hochoetz, Niederthai, Kühtai and Sölden ski areas. A single ski pass gives you access to a total of 220 km of ski runs and 60 very modern ski lifts. The ski bus stops right by the house. Fun-Park AREA 47 is located at the entrance to the Ötztal.
