enjoy the most beautiful days of the year in our house “Skiblume” in the wonderful Ötztal.

Our house can be found in a sunny location in the district of the municipality of Schlatt Oetz.
Situated high up on the mountain with stunning views of the Ötztal Valley and the surrounding mountains.
We offer a detached, very comfortable holiday home (max 8 adults and 2 infants).
Thanks to the wood, stone, sauna, fireplace and surrounding terrace creates an incomparable “mountain feeling”.

The ground floor is a newly built bathroom with shower & WC.
A very spacious, modern, open-plan kitchen

This goes into the dining area with fireplace.
1 high chair for infants and a high chair for older children is available
It follows a huge living room with glass bay window, sofa, TV and fireplace.

Room playground view: 1 x double bed
There is also a sauna and a second large bathroom with shower, bath Jacuzzi and toilet.
In addition, a wonderful old wood conservatory invites you to relax.
Staircase Basement:
Find jackets and shoes in place.
Ski boot rack, Hats, gloves warmers provide a dry storage.
Garage: here is the wood for the fireplace, snow shovel and a ski rack

Why to Ötzerau?

If you cross the small road that leads to our house, so you can reach a picturesque, small playground. Enough space for ball games, badminton, sledding hills for the little ones etc …
Our house is situated in a picturesque height at 1200m overlooking the entire Ötztal. Up here, you really have a mountain feel. tired during the day and night sun silence and an endless starry sky.
From the house you can directly start some walks:
Whether for Acher Alm, Bielefeld Hut, Windegg, Kühtaile Alm, or just a short walk to the only higher-lying district levels Reich. In about 8min walking distance there is the stop for the ski bus.
The use of the ski bus is free of charge. From the bus stop “Ötz Oetzerau” driving time is 11min to ski resort Ochsengarten lifts. Approximately 15min is the travel time to get to the village Kühtai.
Our “house ski resort Kühtai-Hochoetz” invites with 85km of slopes and 24 lifts, 100% guaranteed snow. Also for cross-country skiers there is an offer: “With the snow-sure altitude of 1 570 meters guarantees Ochsengarten from December through ideal cross-country conditions with the free 3-km long circular track.”
If that is not enough, the still are many other ski areas of the Ötztal available. So you get into only 38Fahrminuten of Oetzerau to Sölden, in 55min you are in Obergurgl …
Summer and winter next to the picturesque Piburger lake for walking, stop by, skating, jogging and swimming.
The outdoor highlight for adrenaline junkie is the Area 47 reached in just 16 minutes.
In 27min you will reach the famous spa “Aqua Dome”.
