The charming village of Ötz is situated at the mouth of the Ötz Valley, which is named after the village. The holiday house is located in Ötzerau, about 3.5 km above Ötz. Both apartments are on the 1st floor and are furnished in a very cosy and modern design. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, which are ideal for summer hikes through this beautiful area. In winter, skiiers meet up at the Hochoetz ski area, which has 27 km of ski runs and is especially ideal for families and beginners. And snowboarders will be right in their element at the Funpark at Bielefelder Hütte. The ‘Super Ski Pass’ gives you access to unlimited skiing at the Hochoetz, Niederthai, Kühtai and Sölden ski areas. This ski pass covers a total of 220 km of ski runs and 60 state-of-the-art ski lifts. There is a ski bus stop close to the house. Fun-Park AREA 47, located at the mouth of the Ötz Valley, is just the right thing for anyone seeking excitement!
