Southwest of Immenstadt and Sonthofen, the rustic Ferienhof Wäldle welcomes its guests with a welcoming atmosphere. Winter as well as summer makes the nature a unique experience. The former mountain farm offers up to 4 families with children or groups of friends (up to 20 people) on 140 m² of living space and a huge outdoor area undisturbed peace.
Unfortunately, homeaway can not reflect our prices as well as we offer from the beginning. Children up to 5 years pay z. B. with us nothing. Our house fee is also dependent on the strength of the group.
It would be clever to talk directly to us about Ferienhof Wäldle or alpen-hostel. We have so many “repeat offenders” and know that our home is perfectly accepted, so we want to keep our pricing policy as it has done so far. Unfortunately, the revised page of homeaway at the turn of the year does not reflect that.
4 cosily furnished multi-bedded bedrooms with single and bunk beds, three modern designed shower rooms with WC, a single toilet and a large lounge offer plenty of space for group vacations of large families or friends. Individual rooms are also available. Lovingly restored, homely wood is the main gate of the establishment. The large, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together after exciting hours in nature. The wood-burning stove and the chimney ensure a warm welcome in the winter. In the summer, a lawn, garden and barbecue attract the outdoors.
For children a unique paradise for undisturbed play and nature, the Ferienhof in Balderschwang offers a varied environment for all kinds of excursions. The magnificent Lake Constance, the cities of Oberstdorf or Sonthofen and the dwarf state of Liechtenstein invite you to visit. At the house, the cross-country ski run passes directly in winter, the nearest ski lift is just 300 meters away. In the summer, mountain bikers and hikers will discover a paradise for especially interesting tours.
In addition there is the tourist tax per person from the age of 14 years per night and a lump sum (electricity (heating), water, firewood, final cleaning and other) when renting the entire house (usable space total around 140 m²).
