LOCATION
The house is located in the center of the city triangle Frankfurt (about 30 km away), Mainz (about 20 km) and Darmstadt (about 25 km). Frankfurt Airport, the Frankfurt Trade Fair, Mainz, Wiesbaden and Darmstadt can all be reached by car in just 20 to 30 minutes. The house is therefore equally suitable for business people, trade fair exhibitors and fitters who are temporarily working in the Rhine-Main area, as well as for families, couples and small groups who want to use the Hessian Ried for excursions and recreation.
LIVING ROOM
The house has staggered living levels and has a basement with washing machine and desk, a living room with TV incl. DVD player, a well-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, steamer and Tassimo machine, a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a guest toilet, a bedroom with a large double bed (180 cm), a room with a small double bed (140 cm ), a children’s room with a single and a bunk bed and another bedroom with sofa bed. WLAN is available throughout the house.
Great emphasis was placed on allergy-friendly amenities: in the living rooms are real wood flooring. Kitchen and cellar are tiled. Stairs and interior doors are also made of real wood. The walls are mostly laid out with clay plaster and clay paint.
