In order to offer our guests a beautiful and high-quality home on time, we have completely refurbished the apartment and equipped. A well thought out, fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, fridge and freezer as well as other accessories offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The spacious and new bathrooms are equipped with fluffy towels and bathing accessories. Of course there are also shampoo and shower gel. Elegant linens, new high-quality beds (a boxspring bed and an Italian genuine wood veneer design bed with brand mattresses and slatted frames) offer relaxation for your back and ensure a good night’s sleep. The washer and dryer is located in the large storage room and facilitates travel with less luggage. The ironing board and the iron are also available.
Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. There are a total of 3 TVs with satellite connection (55 “TV in the living room and 40” TV in the bedrooms). In addition, our apartment has high-speed Internet via free Wi-Fi and also free in-house LAN.
On request, we can provide you with a baby bed. As parents of three children, we attach particular importance to selected materials, B. breathable babymatate. The lovingly furnished play corner will inspire your children.
The house is located in a quiet and at the same time close to the city with the best infrastructure. By bus or by car you are in a few minutes in the city center of Mainz. The Ober-Olmer Forest is only about 300 meters away and is ideal for relaxing walks and hikes. Or start the morning jogging circuit directly in front of the front door!
Mainz is also a media and cultural center. ZDF, SWR, SAT 1 are based here and are broadcast here. Many artists, museums and theater groups invite you to visit.
Our quality and quiet apartment is located in a completely renovated two-family house in the Lerchenberg district of Mainz in the immediate vicinity of the forest and with all the advantages of the urban infrastructure (bus lines, tram, shopping center, doctors, banks and much more). The Anliegerstraße is little traffic and leads into a dead end.
Our apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Rhine-Main and Rheingau – with lots of wine, wine and wine. The nearby nature invites to sporting activities or helps you to relax and recharge your batteries.
The apartment can serve as a resting place and retreat after all the activities or hard work. We find that it is excellently suited to the needs of business travelers, business customers and long-term tenants.
The journey is easy by car or by public transport. In front of the house there is ample free parking.
