Our 85 square meter apartment is located on two levels on the top floor of a beautiful old villa with wonderful old wooden floors, in Mainz-Kostheim. Historically and technically closely connected with Mainz and directly on the banks of the Rhine, Kostheim is nevertheless in the administrative area of ??the spa town of Wiesbaden and thus has a share in the cultural offerings of two state capitals.
The new kitchen is fully equipped, you will find a Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, oven and a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment.
The large bathroom area is perfect for relaxing in the spacious corner bath overlooking the countryside. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
