Detailed description of the apartment:
The spacious 4 bedroom apartment has a large loggia, (only smoking is allowed here) with the view into a large garden with an old oak stand. Not only the fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook, but also the spacious living room with its open beams offers plenty of space to relax. As generous and open is the “parents’ bedroom” furnished with 2 single beds, which one is also allowed to push together. In this room would be the possibility of a third bed with arrangement, as well as a children’s travel bed. The other 4 single beds are located in 2 other rooms, which are connected to each other. There are generous wardrobes in which you can keep your belongings. There is also a storage room where you can store your suitcases, for example. The bathroom has a longer bathtub than normal and also has a spacious shower. Bed linen, shower, hand and kitchen towels are included. The apartment is equipped with the following equipment: Living room: SAT-TV, DVD player, games console. Kitchen: kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Cafissimomaschine, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave with grill, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, soap, clothes horse, bedding another bed is possible!
Bed linen and hand shower and tea towels (changed weekly) and soap are included.
Important for long-term bookings: For bookings over 28 days, the apartment is cleaned on Sunday and supplied with fresh linen.
Desired intermediate cleaning will be charged separately.

Shopping possibilities are nearby and can also be reached on foot (Lidl, Netto, Aldi, REWE and EDEKA) The apartment is located at the Reuschenberger Wald, where a Waldfriedhof and a Wildpark is located. This invites you to walk or jog. Nearby there is a family-run Croatian (house Reuschenberg) and a nice Italian restaurant (Ristorante Il Peperoncino).
