Our nicely cut 3-room apartment in Leverkusen Manfort is located in a 4-storey apartment house in a quiet street and can accommodate 1-6 people. It is family friendly, fully equipped and has a floor space of 60m².
The apartment was renovated in 2018!
Parking situation:
Free and sufficient available in the immediate vicinity. One of the few accommodations, far and wide, without parking problems, as there is a large parking lot without charges nearby.

Description of the area:
Leverkusen is located in the middle of 2 cities. The inner city of Düsseldorf and Cologne are both within 20 minutes by car to reach. A location of the same.
The center of Manfort, with a good mix of industries (ALDI, LIDL, Real, Bauhaus, METRO, McDonald’s, petrol station, pharmacies to cover daily needs) as well as excellent restaurants and cafés are within 3 minutes walk.
The Leverkusen Schlebusch train station as well as a bus stop are within walking distance in a minute.
From here you are within a very short time in Dusseldorf as well as in Cologne ..
The same applies to the neighboring districts and the large cities in Germany due to the location and connections to the autobahn (BAB A1 & A3) and the Bundesbahn.
