Our nicely cut 3-room apartment in Leverkusen-Opladen is located on the 2nd floor of an 8-family house in a quiet street and can accommodate 1-6 people. It is family friendly, fully equipped and has a floor space of 80 m². A garage in the courtyard of the house belongs to the apartment and can be used.
Description of the surroundings:
Leverkusen is located in the middle of 2 major cities. The city center of Dusseldorf and Cologne are both within 20 minutes by car. A location without equal.
The center of Opladen, with a pedestrian zone and a good mix of industries (bakeries, Rewe, pharmacies to cover the daily needs) as well as excellent restaurants and cafes are within walking distance within 10 minutes. The Opladen S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
From here you are within a very short time in Dusseldorf as well as in Cologne.
The same applies due to the location and the connections to car (BAB A1 & A3) and federal railway also for the neighboring districts and the major cities
