You can also enjoy walks through the surrounding countryside and the nearby Kaunergrat Nature Reserve. You’ll find an attractive children’s playground just 200 metres away. You are within an hour of the excellent Fendels, Hochzeiger, Pitzdal, Fiss, Ladis and Serfaus ski-areas in winter. The Kauner Valley Glacier is also not far. You can enjoy cross-country skiing and snow-shoe walking there.
