Property Description
This farmhouse is an area called Faggen, at the edge of the village of Prutz. The village is cosy and welcoming. Faggen is a quiet area and has plenty of space. The holiday home on the first floor is for four people. The home on the second floor is for five people. The homes are simply furnished. There is a large sunbathing area.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated

These costs are mandaroty and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price.:
