The village of Kaunerberg is above the small town of Prutz. The village is at the entrance of the Kauner Valley and at an altitude of 1290 metres. The entire valley is a vast walking area with many excellent walks. This house is in a delightful position in Kaunerberg. There is a pleasantly furnished holiday home on the first floor. You can enjoy superb views of Fiss/Ladis and the Samnaun Group Mountains from the balcony and terrace. The use of light wood in the decor creates a tasteful, comfortable atmosphere. Some parts of the holiday home have limited standing space. In winter only 12 km to the Top-skiing-area Fiss/Ladis/Serfaus !
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
