The accommodation
The ideal location for your dream vacation is the (smaller) half of a modern urban villa in “Swan” style (built in 2015). The quiet Sackgassenendlage near the forest, you can enjoy on your terrace.
You will experience relaxed living in large, bright rooms with high ceilings. The stylish decor is bright and cheerful. The equipment and furniture are new.
The ground floor has a large living room with open kitchen (fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher) and dining area, a small storage room, the hall and corridors / stairs. If you want, you can sit on the comfortable sofa bed and see the forest or the satellite TV (or both). 🙂
Upstairs, the bathroom is complete with rainforest shower and the master bedroom, both accessible from the corridor (lockable doors). You can heavenly sleep on the new Schlaraffia VIVAplus Aqua mattresses (Stiftung Warentest 04/2015: top marks along with a weiterenTaschenfederkernmatraze) wake up refreshed with the views of the forest.
In the bedroom you can concentrate on work at the desk and in between enjoying the view.
Throughout the house there are wireless, in several places and network outlets. Connected to the Internet you are at the highest speed (VDSL 50).
When parking, two large parking places are reserved for you.
Access for guests
Thy kingdom on time is a complete semi-detached house “half” (the smaller) with 2 floors and full basement, with large terrace and private garden. Up to two private parking spaces in front of the house you are available.
Guest Interaction
We welcome you personally as far as possible and be happy you for your questions and for tips and suggestions – we only live next door. Although we are not even on site, we are happy to be there for you.
means of transport
If you are arriving by car, you will find your holiday home easily and quickly from the exit Kitzeberg south of B502.
Otherwise holds about 7 minutes walk to the bus which you z. Eg from / to Kiel to the main station.
Something very special are the two nearby ferry pier: Take the ferry to the Kiel City and enjoy the skyline and the breeze – and perhaps you think it to Manhattan. 😉
