Haus Fingerhut is a 6-person holiday home in the beautiful southern part of Austria, Karinthia. The house is very comfortable and attractively furnished and equipped with all comforts. . The property has a luxurious spacious open kitchen with built-in appliances. The dining table has a luxurious modern Austrian corner sofa. In the living room it is nice to have a rest, sleep and relax on the corner bench. In the living room there is a television, which allows you to view all the leading Dutch channels through the Satellite. The house is equipped with underfloor heating on the ground floor and the 1st floor and also a cozy wood stove for extra heat. The stove is fired with wood, which is sufficiently present at the house, which is included in the rental price. In addition to the toilet on the ground floor there is a large storage space for storing various items / clothes.
On the first floor are 2 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double boxspring bed with bedside tables and bedside lamps, large wardrobe and separate drawer box. From this bedroom you walk up to the spacious balcony overlooking the impressive mountain peaks and the ski slope of Kötschach. On the balcony there are two chairs that can be taken to enjoy this view.
Bedroom 2 has two single boxspring beds and a spacious wardrobe. This room also has enough space to put a baby cot down, which standard is present at the house. There is also a high chair and / or a stairwell on request.
On the first floor there is a separate toilet room as well as a bathroom with a spacious shower and bath furniture. With the adjustable design radiator in the bathroom, the heat can be adjusted as desired.
On the landing there is a ladder that gives access to the attic room, where two single beds are placed. With a view of the window and a drawer box it is good to sleep in the attic.
All windows of the house are provided with shutters, partly electrically operated. The house has a large carport where the car (s) and / or engine (s) can be safely and securely stored. In the shed you can close, your own items can be stored. In addition, in this barn are the pillows for the lounge chair, sun beds, drying rack, etc. d. In winter, the ski equipment can be placed here. The washing machine and the tumble dryer are also placed in this barn.
The house also has plenty of play possibilities on the property, outside table with six chairs, sun beds and a parasol.
Within walking distance there is a large swimming pool with both indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and wellness are also possible. Tennis courts and the football pitch are practically next door. This also applies to the ski lifts of the Vorhegg ski area (Kötschach-Laas). These lifts are located 100 meters from Haus Fingerhut.
The village of Kötschach has plenty of supermarkets, (Lidl, Spar, Billa), bakeries, restaurants and other shops for the first necessities.
Haus Fingerhut can be used very well as home for various motoring trips. Touring through the beautiful Austrian countryside, or trips to Italy through the Dolomites or a ride to the Grossglockner, Haus Fingerhut is ideally central.
