Luxury Chalet Edelweiss is located in the town Kötschach-Mauthen in Carinthia and has a large garden with sun terrace on the South West, a storage room and a large carport. Through the good and spacious location of the terrace you can enjoy the morning, afternoon and evening sun. In the summer you can breakfast with the rising sun. The house has a cozy and comfortable living room with an open modern luxury kitchen with all appliances and a lovely wood stove that will make your stay enjoyable. At the beautiful wood stove is in the evening linger. The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer and microwave oven. On the ground floor there is a washer / dryer. In addition, a LED HDTV present with all Dutch channels and a sound bar which you can listen to your own music via Bluetooth and free Wi-Fi. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with excellent box spring beds, 2 bathrooms with a toilet and bathroom furniture, 1 with a bath / shower and the other with a shower. 1 bedroom has a large balcony on the Southwest where you can enjoy the sun with views of the ski slope and the Alps / dolomites. On the second floor (attic) are two single beds.
Our luxury Chalet has all amenities within walking distance such as indoor and outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing area and also an indoor pool and sauna landscape, 2 tennis courts, 3 supermarkets and restaurants. The house is 1 hour drive from Udine (IT), 2.5 hours drive from Venice and 2 hours drive from the place Grado on the Mediterranean with lovely beaches.
Our Chalet is located on the ski slope with ski lift, drag lift and nursery slope from Kötschach- Mauthen. Ideal for beginners or to learn skiing for young and old.
At 35 minutes by car you will find the large Nassfeld ski area with 110 km of pistes and fun park for snowboarders. A beautiful and quiet ski area.
