Kötschach is only 15 kilometers from the Italian border and has a wonderful climate. Our house is built in a sunny position beside the piste.
In winter you can ski from the piste home!
In our house you will find a lot of documentation about all the attractions nearby.
You do not have to travel far for this is because in the immediate vicinity of Kötschach of things to see and do.
For sports enthusiasts there is a range of possibilities. Mountain biking, cycling, hiking, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, kayaking, canoeing and much more.
Just 3 minutes walk from a subtropical swimming pool Aquarena with indoor pool, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, water slide, sauna, solarium, massage.

In Mauthen is a beautiful natural pool. This is open in the summer months, weather permitting.
